State Candidates

Governor - Steve Poizner.  The best ideas and the best qualifications to be governor. In addition to a successful business career, Steve, as a White House Fellow, education reformer and California Insurance Commissioner, has spent a decade preparing for the job. 

U.S. Senate - Tom Campbell.  Our best chance to beat Barbara Boxer.  A Milton Friedman trained conservative economist, Tom was twice named "Most Frugal Member of Congress" by the National Taxpayers Union.

Lieutenant Governor - Abel Maldonado.  Currently our Lieutenant Governor, Abel authored California's successful workers compensation reform.  As the state's highest ranking Latino officeholder, he will help our entire Republican ticket win in November.

Secretary of State - Damon Dunn. A successful businessman and former Stanford and NFL football player, Damon has an inspirational personal story and delivers our Republican message as well as any candidate in recent memory.

Insurance Commissioner - Mike Villines.  As former Assembly Republican Leader, he is endorsed by both former Governors George Deukmejian and Pete Wilson.

Controller - Tony Strickland. Tony has served well as a Republican member of the State Assembly and State Senate and understands what it will take to get our state's finances back on track.

Attorney General - Steve Cooley.  As LA District Attorney and a career prosecutor, Steve is the best qualified candidate to be Attorney General.

Board of Equalization District 1 - Kevin Scott.  A successful career in venture capital growing small businesses has given Kevin the business and financial experience to be an effective member of the BOE.

Legislative Races

AD 13 - Laura Peter.  A successful business attorney, Laura knows what it takes to create jobs in this state.

CD 10 - Buddy Burke.  Air Force veteran and former commercial airline pilot, Buddy has been a leader in state and local GOP politics.

CD 12 - Write in M.D. Parker. Help Republicans field a candidate against Jackie Speier by writing in business analyst M.D. Parker AND filling in the box next to his name. See the example on his website.

CD 13 - Luis "Coach" Garcia.  An IT specialist in one of Silicon Valley's most successful technology companies, Luis is team player who will represent our region well in Washington.

CD 14 - Ronny Santana.  Local businessman and former Public Safety Commissioner, Ronny will hold Anna Eshoo accountable for her record in Congress.

CD 16 - Write in Dan Sahagun.  Help Republicans field a candidate against Zoe Lofgren by writing in businessman Dan Sahagun AND filling in the arrow next to his name.
